Steps for downloading your Union Gas data:

Log in to my accounts
Select Bills & Payments
Select Download all Data
Select date range: last 12 months
Start download
Open file
Sum values in Column L (Consumption) and enter total value in the survey!

To calculate your annual electricity consumption for last year, sum the values under the Total kWh column (item 11), and enter this value under the "Annual electricity consumption (single value) kWh" question on the survey.
